About Melody Norwood

Southern Britt was born and raised in Savannah and is proud to call South Georgia home. After years of working in real estate across the Southeast, she's excited to bring her experience back to the place she loves most.

 

She began her career in Athens, Georgia, while studying at the University of Georgia and cheering for the Bulldogs. She later expanded to Florida's Emerald Coast, selling coastal properties with the #1 team on 30A and refining her skills within the luxury market. Her work in new construction and development eventually brought her back to South Georgia-and ultimately to Wright Group Homes.

 

Southern's passion has always been people. She approaches real estate with a commitment to ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and confident- offering a seamless, elevated experience from the first conversation to the closing table. Rooted in Savannah's charm, she is dedicated to advocating for her clients and helping them find not just a home, but the lifestyle they desire.
